Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled 72 hours before the appointment time. Once rescheduled, your booking deposit will be automatically applied to your newly rescheduled appointment date. Please note: - Booking deposits are only transferrable once - If rescheduling, please do so the same day as cancellation so that your booking deposit transfers successfully Any appointments cancelled after 72 hours of your upcoming appointment date will be charged 30% of your appointment balance minus the deposit. No call no shows will be charged 100% of your appointment balance.
